RF Solid State CO2 Laser Cutters

Our LTT RF CO2 laser machines are the equivalent of the Universal, GCC, Epilog type machines which use stepper or servo drive motors and Radio Frequency (RF) to excite the gas to make a laser beam. Whoa… much too technical.

Some folks (not ourselves however) seem to prefer RF tubes as they tend to give a smaller spot size than a CO2 glass tube, and as it is smaller the beam can be focused into a smaller dot for a given power. RF tube technology is commonly referred to as “metal” tube technology.
